Your order will be shipped within 48 hours from the time and date of your purchase. The shipping processing time does not include holidays and weekends. For example, an order purchased on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

Our parcels have an estimated delivery time of 2-4 days.

You will receive a notification to the e-mail address you provided when you created the order.

The charges incurred for custom clearance differ from country to country. Therefore, contact your local customs office to acquire more information. Eritbus does not have control over the taxes or duties that will apply to you. It is your sole responsibility to pay for any additional charges you incur for customs clearance.

If you want to change your order, you will have to contact us using our contact form or by sending us an e-mail at customerservice@eritbus.com. After we have processed and shipped your order, there will be no changes that could be made.
