We offer free standard shipping to all our orders. Once an order has been placed, we will process and dispatch the product/s within 48 hours from the time and date of purchase. However, this excludes weekends and holidays. After we have shipped your product/s we will send you a tracking shipment number. We estimate the delivery time to be between 3-4 working days. The estimated time of arrival is solely an estimation and unforeseen circumstances can impact the delivery time.
Eritbus offers customers a warranty limited to 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty can be used in case the product purchased will present any defect/s in material or craftmanship which will prevent the product from functioning under normal conditions of use. The warranty does not cover batteries, straps, or cosmetic issues. Cosmetic issues are defined as scratches or normal wear and tear. In addition, the warranty does not cover any type of damage or defects raised from a repair being conducted by a service centre not authorised by Eritbus. In case the product is not purchased through an Eritbus Official Channel, the warranty is declared void.
